Overview
Neepawa Baseball‐Softball Association (hereinafter referred to as NBSA) requires trained coaches and umpires to keep
NBSA competitive and eligible for regional and provincial play.

Procedure
1. NBSA will endeavor to provide coaching and umpire courses within the boundaries of NBSA whenever possible.
2. Should training opportunities not be in the local area, it is expected that those wishing to pursue training will go
out of town to do so.
3. Reimbursement shall be as follows:
a. Coaches – will be reimbursed their course fee’s once they have been coach (head or assistant) of a team
within the NBSA boundaries. NBSA will not reimburse out of pocket expenses such as hotel rooms, meals
or mileage.
b. Umpires – as per Policy 6.
